Japanese Universities: Term Times?
-
Hi, Im going to Japan to study at uni in september on a uni exchange, but i was wondering if japanese universities have time of at christmas, inparticular if possible info on kitakyushu uni. I know some other exchange students at other universities in Japan have had classes on crimbo day. However i was hoping to come home at christmas.

Answer:
u can still take leave during xmas to go home. xmas is not a public holiday in japan as its not a christian country. pl be mindful and respectful of their custom and traditions. perhaps u only miss one xmas in your whole life! its ok. all the best
