You can complete your degree requirements in English, taught alongside Japanese students, while taking elective courses in Japanese language. Programs offered tend to be STEM courses, since these are considered more valuable by employers and the government, although there are some social science and humanities courses. The fees should be lower than in your own country, there are scholarships available, and you will be able to learn Japanese in one of the best environments possible.
