Not a lot, but I can tell it's one of those exorbitantly-priced study abraod programs that charge an arm and a leg in exchange for giving fretting parents some peace of mind. If you feel up to it, and have the cash, you could use it for a more independent experience. Any hostel will arrange affordable Spanish classes for you. (I really liked this one: http://www.gardenhouseba.com.ar/ Small, cozy, young owers.) Or you could take Spanish classes at the university of buenos aires: http://www.idiomas.filo.uba.ar/extranjeros/ingles/extranjeros.htm You can easily work under the table teaching English if that's what you want to do (though without experience, and without long term plans to stay, don't expect more than a few low-paying, nominal conversation classes). ANd lastly, you might look into Rosario. It's lovely, and much like Buenos Aires, but smaller, cleaner, less overwhelming. sorry. I didn't answer your question at all. good luck!
