Can an American, English speaking person attend colleges in Japan?
-
I'm American and my primary language is English with Spanish and basic Japanese, but not advanced to be able to live in Japan. But I wanted to know if Japanese colleges would accept English speaking students?
-
Answer:
Yes. If you want to go to a regular Japanese University, you would have to prove your proficiency and pass the entrance exam. There are universities like Temple, APU, and possibly Sophia that are known for taking international students because many of their classes are in English.
