• My parents cannot afford tuition of any kind in canada, and i want to study film studies in canada for personal reasons. Can you please tell me some universities in canada which offer free tuition? Remember they must teach film studies or cinematography and it MUST be in canada, in which state it doesnt really matter

You need to pay tuition, fees, books & supplies, computer, etc. If you go overseas to study, to obtain student visa you must prove you have sufficient funds for all school expenses, plus all living expenses (including health care, since you will not be eligible as a foreign student for Canada's health care system), plus return transportation to your country of citizenship. Scholarship assistance and other financial aid is extremely scarce, especially for foreign students, and extremely competitive. Even if you won a rare full tuition scholarship, it would cover only a small fraction of your total costs. You neglect to mention your country of citizenship, but your best bet is to see if there are any scholarships, loans or financial assistance in your own country which can be used to study abroad. Canada is a high cost, high tax country, plus if you are coming from a warmer climate, you will need a great deal of expensive winter clothes, boots, etc, to survive the long cold winters. Without a great deal of money, you cannot study abroad. Studying abroad is a luxury, and very costly.
