What is the highest paying nursing career in Australia?

I am British and want to pursue a career in nursing in South Africa and or Australia, how do i go about it?

• I have decided that i would like to become a nurse as a nanny for eight years i feel this is a natural step to make. I am leaving England in October to travel around South Africa for a few months then on to Australia for two years. i would like to study in these counties and would not be opposed to staying in Africa for longer if i could study there.   If you are planning to study nursing in Australia, then you would need to attend university here. This means that you would be paying international student fees which can be around $20,000 pa plus living expenses. If you can afford that, then this is an option to consider. Once you have graduated you could apply for Permanent Residence and be able to work here. We are always in need of nurses. Hope this helps.
