I want study abroad. want to know about the best universities providing scholarships?

  There is such extreme competition for scholarship assistance and so very little of it available that your chance of any financial assistance is very poor. Unless your country of citizenship has some sort of program paying the way of the country's "best & brightest" to study abroad, you cannot count on getting any financial aid. In the US last year, about 8% of foreign students obtained financial aid. Even a full-tuition scholarship does not pay most expenses. To obtain a student visa, you must prove your ability to pay all school-related expenses (tuition, fees, books & supplies, computer, tutoring if needed, etc), plus all living expenses (room & board or rent, utilities, food & household; plus transportation, medical care, clothing, etc), plus your return transportation to your own country.
