How big is the city of Turin, Italy?

Which is the best city to study abroad : Turin or Verona? and why?

    They are both quite safe cities, and unfortunately not very cheap (they are both in the North, and it's more expensive), but they are very different: Turin is a big city with many things to do, it's a cosmopolitan city, where you can find people from all sides of Italy and Europe, while Verona is a small city and in my opinion not very "open-minded" like Turin. Verona is a very beautiful city, but as you may understand, I definetely prefer Turin.

Verona is much more prim and proper. The city is much more conservative than it's southern (allegedly illegitimate) rival. It's more compact and manageable in a few days than Naples. The cith centre revolves around the Arena, the best preserved Roman amphitheatre after the Colleseum. (If you can go during the summer, there is an open-air opera festival held in the amphitheatre-unbelievable experiance) And although this is the centrepiece, the architecture around the whole city is beatifully maintained too.Verona is much more prim and proper.
