I want to study abroad?

I want to study abroad, but....?

• So, next year I would really love to study abroad.... my age is between 15-18 and I have a love for seeing the world,well, basically 'cause I haven't seen it outside my home country.. The reason why I want to study abroad is because of my life here, I've lived in a small town for all my life and have always been dependant of people, even though I'm absolutely fine by myself. So I want something different, I want to go to a different country with a different culture and be my own person.... just for something new and different. I have been feeling that my life here is very negative and I am positive that my friends don't want me around.... no one does (I am sure of it)... :( But that's why I want to go, to develop character and independance.... or at least help me with that because I am already working on it, it's just..... difficult. But, the problem is (aside from money) my parents. No one in my family has ever studied abroad, and if they have, they are already adults.... and me being a minor, it is proving very hard to come by... because it is BIG for someone to travel to Europe... by themselves..... without a family member with them or in that country... and without anyone they know, in my family... So, what should I do about that? I'm in that age where I'm starting to be independent of myself.. How much would it cost if I were to go study abroad in a European country? And if you've ever been studying abroad, how safe is it? and did you have fun?? :D But was it worth the money? (I would think so .... but..)
