Which Universities in Sweden,Germany or other countries offer Free or inexpensive tuition?

PLS HELP ME GERMAN UNIVERSITIES THAT OFFER FREE TUITION FEE FOR MSc IN IT/ENGINEERING TAUGHT IN ENGLISH?

I LEART THERE UNIVERSITIES IN GERMANY THAT ARE OFFERING FREE TUITION FEE FOR INTERNATION STUDENTS WHO WANTS TO STUDY FOR MSc IN INFORMATION TECHNOGY OR MAY BE ENGINERING. PLS I WANT TO KNOW THEIR ADDRESS SO THAT I AN APPLY.

In Germany we do not have tuition fees. I can recommend University of Potsdam in Brandenburg, located right next to Berlin. You can take classes in BErlin or Potsdam, whichever is more convenient for you but I think that Potsdam is better. It is smaller and the profs have more time and are willing to help.
