My son is studying abroad this Fall at St. Etienne in France where the course are taught in English. This is a partner university with his current university here in the US. It is strictly a school of Business Management. Where above poster wrote no schools teach in other foreign languages is wrong. Check with your Study Abroad Counselor. Sure learning the language would be an asset to understand the culture, but not a prerequisite for attending.

Well I'm a french student and i'm sorry to tell you that there are no english universities. BUT there are universities that have some classes in english for exchange students. Business School for example, but you will have to be in a business school in the us to be accepted in a business school in france. You may have an office at your college that could answer your question but the best solution is to be an exchange student. The office will tell you which universities are partner with yours. I just realized that there is ONE english uni : the american university of paris http://www.aup.edu/ but you wont speak french at all and its pricey.

You are not going to find anything in English (besides a degree in English) at the undergraduate level, and not much at the postgrad level. Think about it, that is basically like asking if there were any good French-speaking universities in America. If you are willing to actually put in the time, you have a couple of options, but it is going to add a year to your degree. You can go to a language school for a year, this is great because it is intense language training for much of the day, and will, in about the span of a year, prepare you to take courses in French. Many Universities also have language programs. I am doing it in Germany, adding a year to my Bachelors so that I can do my Masters there. Honestly, you really have no business being in a country when you have to force other people to speak to you in a language that is not their own, like your new friends. It is respectful, and greatly beneficial for you to do a year of language training, and, at least in Germany and Russia, it is very cheap. You will enjoy yourself far more in France if you take the extra year to learn the language.
