Youth Exchange to Australia?

• Okay, so the daughter of somebody my parents work with recently got back from a year abroad in South America (Rotary Youth Exchange). I went to the website, and now, I've been thinking about doing it, and I looked at the countries that you're able to go to. I've always been fascinated by Australia, and as it just so happens, they send people there. However, I haven't been able to find any peoples' blogs about going to Australia to study abroad (like, I have literally searched everywhere). So, I was wondering if maybe could tell me if they've had any experience - please, no websites unless you know FOR SURE that there is something on there that I'm asking for. Thanks so much!

  My daughter was a Rotary exchange student to Australia about 20 years ago. She never came back. She is now a successful mother and paramedic, working in the Australain ambulence service. She must have learned something in Australia, since most of her classmates here are now unemployed.
