  I can only tell you what is the case in Denmark. University education is generally free - including masters degrees. But starting this year, students from outside the European Union are required to pay tuition. For citizens from the European Union the education is still free. You might try searching the net (Google obvious choice) to find universities in the countries you mention, and find an answer to your question by contacting them directly. Or perhaps contacting your embassy in each country to ask them.
