Im so confused.?

im so confused. ok,so i was looking at this college,and i want to study baking and pastry...and usually it will say you can get a bachelors,or masters degree in that study......but all it says is that u can get a diploma. what does that mean? i know its a certificate.but i want to know how long its gonna take to graduate,and if it would say bachelors or something,then i would know but all it says is diploma.help!

Baking and pastry will only give you a diploma. Maybe hotel management will give you everything and also the degree, and will be a four year term. Diplomas are for much shorter duration.
