Do you know of any programs offering high school study abroad programs that are for one-four months?

Japan study abroad programs?

I'm 17, going 18 in the next two months, just recently graduated high school within the last month and have dreamed of being a high school exchange student in Japan for many years. But since I'm out of high school it's impossible to live that dream now. So I was wondering if there were any low costing homestay college programs (that include airfare)? And I was curious to know if it would be possible to take a tour of a high school if I did a college exchange program? I would be satisfied to just have the chance to step foot in a Japanese high school school. So please help! I'm serious and still holding onto a thread of hope :c
