What's the Process of College Application?

Whats the process of applying to a college in the USA from abroad?

• my cousin lives in bangladesh, and she wants to study here. she has good grades and everything, i saw the list of requirements on the college's homepage for imternational applicants. we can get everything together, but whats the process of visas? how long does it take, when should she apply, after getting accepted into the college? if anyone knows someone who has been in a similar situation please tell me what you did

  Some of that info should be on the college's web site too. She would need to apply and be accepted and prove she can pay for school. She can e mail admissions with any questions.
