What is the best Spanish speaking country to go to for college for either my full college degree or a year?
-
I need advice. I am a junior in high school and am currently studying abroad in Australia. However, I have taken a few years of Spanish and I would really like to go to college in a Spanish speaking country but I don't know the best way to go about doing this and I was thinking I would most likely go to Spain but I'm not sure if there would be somewhere else that would have better/cheaper colleges or would just be a better country in which to go to college. I am not positive on my major but I have been looking at some rather broad majors that are offered at most colleges and universities. I have looked into some organizations but I would like to kind of set it up on my own if possible because I REALLY don't like going through a organization like I did with my current exchange program. I would like any information anyone has about doing this and if I would be better off spending my entire time at a college abroad or just a year? Another thing, I would appreciate any general price information that people have- like generally how it would compare to going to a college in the US. I know this is pretty broad but any help you can send my way is GREATLY appreciated!!! thanks!

Spain is good, you could also look into Spanish Speaking Caribbean Countries (like Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, etc); you can look up their universities at www.mycaribbeaned.com

Hi!!!! I am from Brazil... And in South America, all countries less Brazil speak spanish!!! If u want to study in a spanish speaking country i think that ARGENTINA is a good place to go.. Its certainly cheaper than SPAIN!!! Their COIN is still devalued I know that ARGENTINOS are very intelligent and preserve they culture, i think its important!! They have many bookstores!!! I think their universitys are good!!! Search about them!!!

I'm pretty sure that St. Louis University has the only 4 year campus abroad that is US certified and that is in madrid. I don't remember that much about it, but I think i remember them being a very good nursing school. That will probably be your best bet for going abroad for more than a year or so.
