How do cultural exchange in another country?

If I go on a foreign exchange program to another country will I see a lot of other foreign exchange students?

• I've been doing a lot of research on maybe going on a foreign exchange program to Asia for my junior or senior year with Rotary. I was just wondering if I did happen to go on an exchange program, would there be many other foreign exchange students in the same district as me? Like would I be the only exchange student if I went to South Korea, Japan, or China? Or would there be other students there as well? If so like how many other exchange students would be there be?

  If you choose Rotary or AFS, there will be a lot of exchange students. I went to Switzerland with AFS, and we were like 200 teens. There was also around 150 Rotary students. If you go in big countries, it depends. If they place in you in Shanghai, expect to see a lot of others too. But if they place you in small city, the chances are really low... Destiny :D
