What are the best universities for engineering course?

Best mechanical engineering graduate course, and chances of making it to the top universities?

  • I'm a Mechanical Engineering student from India, currently doing my 3rd year in B. Tech from a private engineering college, and planning to go abroad as soon as I complete my engineering for a M.S. degree. I do know that I've to prepare for the G.R.E. and also take the T.O.E.F.L test; however, I'm confused about which institute would be the best option for studying a graduate course in Mechanical Engineering. Till now, I've maintained an excellent academic record in engineering, and have always secured the best grades. I do know that I've to score extremely well in the G.R.E and the T.O.E.F.L, to get any chance in the top U.S. universities. If I do get a good score in these two tests, how would my academic record boost my chances of getting a place in M.I.T. or Harvard?

  • Answer:

Congrats for ur grades. Keep it up. But to gt into MIT and I V League colleges, gud grades is not sufficient. It depends uopn how versatile u are. score 1450+ out of 1600 in GRE and equally good marks in TOEFL. Make sure your CV, cgpa, SOP and LOR are good. You just have to be different from others. ALL THE BEST!!!
