Which good universities can I get into in the UK with average grades?

Would this help me get into university in the UK? ( I am a UK citizen)?

• I want to become an investment banker, and i wasn't exactly a straight A student in school. I did start of doing my law degree but realized it wasn't what i wanted to do. so i decided to look into banking, on studying in my spare time i came to enjoy the subject. i didn't have the A levels to go to a top 5 university,(which is what i know banks usually look for) I only got ABC. so instead i applied to investment banks, i am being sponsored by one right now to get my licenses series 6, 63 and 26 and i am also going to be sponsored for my series 7! however if i want to climb the ladder fast i do need a degree!! i am aware that these licenses are hard to obtain, and even harder to have a bank sponsor you and pay for them too! but i still only have ABC as A level grades and universities want AAA or AAAA! and i dont have these grades, but what i am hoping to have are these licences which are even harder than the degree itself! if anyone knows what i am talking about, would you please advise me if these will actully help me in getting into a better university in the UK I am also taking my accounting course and doing 1 year cram course, and i have gained plenty of experience so far and i have an internship in the summer in the states!

  Those licences are pathetically easy to obtain. I have 7, 63, 14 and 16. All my studying was done on the train to work over a couple of weeks. Go back to the uni and finish your Law degree. Learn how to write grammatically, spell and when to use capital letters and then see if you can get work. Investment banks do like Law degrees.
