What are even classes and odd classes?

I love lightning and want to study it as a profession, but I don't even know what college classes to take.

  • I don't have to necessarily study lightning, but some kind of career involving natural lightning, or even laboratory lightning would be awesome. Even an internship. I just don't know where to start. I don't even know if there are college classes for this. Plus, what kind of income would this provide? Anyone that could provide even a grain of information on this subject would be helpful, thanx.

  • Answer:

Meteorology would be the way to go (study of skies and weather). From there you can focus on storms. There are people who make careers from studying thunderstorms firsthand, so it's a definite possibility for you.

Meteorology or Physics?

Begin with the lower division college courses. Attend a university like Florida State University (Tallahassee, Florida). The evenings are electric blue, but the rain will be slow in coming. The winter is almost subsided, but you''l want to bring a warm jacket. Latenight walks, throughout the southern countryside, can be cold. You will find warmth (or hospitality) at the cracker bin.
