What is the best university to study abroad in England?

• I can't decide between these university's: University of Chester, East London University or Plymouth University. Which one do you think is the best for studying abroad and do some tourism?

  You can pull up these universities on the rankings done each year by The Guardian. You will see that all three of them are poorly ranked. In terms of tourism, Plymouth is in the south, remote from London but in a nice part of the country so if biking around beautiful countryside is your idea of tourism, pick this one. Chester is in the north, a pretty town but there is not much beyond the city and a few grand houses that you will need a car to get to. East London is in eeeerrm east London of course which is a run down part of the city. Most people that attend that university run away with horror after a week or two as it is full of 'non English speaking' students (politically correct version). Remember that travel in English is fiendishly expensive and public transport almost non existent outside London.
