What is the best university in the UK if you are from America?

I am a uk student but want to go to university in america. can i get a green card for this or can i just go a.?

  There's nothing stopping you going so long as you can get in and afford it! A green card would be the wrong thing, that's like the ability to work and live in the US, not study. You would get a student visa and a lot of universities will sponsor you (that means they take responsibility for your being in the country). You shouldn't really have any issues getting one, the UK has close links with the US and is not a country they would be particularly wary of. For more information I would look up the international student pages on the universities you're interested in and/or look up student visas through the US embassy in London.
