Is taking up Masters in Arts/Sciences in Nursing abroad a good choice?

I'll be finishing my 4-year BSN course here in the Philippines soon. I was planning to take medicine here but I want to pursue my nursing career. Specifically, I want to take Masters of Arts or Sciences in Nursing abroad. Is it a good choice? What nursing schools offer the program? I would prefer to study on the western side (america, europe). Is it expensive? And I don't have a US Visa yet, do I have to apply now for one? I'm a college freshman and I'm still 16. Usually, they don't accept people with nursing as a profession nowadays as I have heard. What do I do? Thanks so much :)
