Where to go for Studying IT and what things should I study in IT?

• I am really confused, I live in an Asian country and I work in a bank as IT Officer, so monthly I make around 800 bucks, but I have not studied IT in any university, all I have learnt is practically working, But I feel kinda insecure about my future. cause tomorrow If I leave my job in here I might not be able to find myself another good job. So I want to study IT either in India or UK. there are certain companies here that you can go for your studies into these countries, should I work for two or three more years to earn the complete four years fee or should I make one years fee and go?
