For french universities, what does it means to be autamn intake, spring intake, summer intake or winter inatak

  • I mean to ask, I am planning to apply to French university for my further education. Different universities have different intakes. But I fail to understand, what month of the year, they mean , when they say, they have summer or winter or spring or autamn intake??? Hope to get solution.. Thanx

  • Answer:

Hi, Autumn/ Fall intake refers to the course programs starting in September. Spring intake refers to the programs beginning in January. There are no summer of winter intakes. All the best! As ypu say you want to go to France, make sure you go through http://www.campusfrance.org/en , the official website of the French Ministry of Higher Education to help foreign students and look for their office in your country on this website. Bonne chance!
