How good is southwest minnesota state university and their bba programme for international transfer students?

I have done bachelors in commerce and now planning to transfer my credits to bba programme from southwest minnesota state university.This im doing to improve my credits so that i can get into good college for my masters.I have heard southwest minnesota state university has been ranked the best for 8-9 years in a row in midwest region.Please confirm if this is right.And please tell me how is their bba programme and the university itself.

Um, i have some friends that go there and they love it. it has been ranked really will and the bba program is really good to. the team has been ranked really will for the past couple years! if your really interested in it i would attend. you wont regret it!!
