How would I go about studying abroad if I am in community college?

• As of right now I am just working on getting my Associates degree in community college taking the necessary classes to do so and what not. However I do hope after to study overseas someday to experience the different cultures, customs and whatever else the world has to offer! However I do not want to jump into this blindly, which is why I am asking this question! So how would I be able to study abroad in my current situation right now? I realize I probably cannot right now but what would be the requirements I would need so I can plan ahead in order to be able to study abroad.

  There are a few ways up you can do it, but I advise you speak to your college student support before making any decisions. In the UK and Ireland community colleges don't offer exchange programs. So you would have to go beyond community college: Firstly, most universities have access to student exchange programs. So you could go to university in you country then sign up to that. To my knowledge that is a one year thing. You can also apply to foreign universities directly and study abroad for your whole course. In any case you will have to research exactly where you want to go, how to get there, the immigration laws there etc... Don't be afraid to give universities a call, even internationally. They will be more helpful than a thousand people on the Internet.
