Are there any scholarships for adult students?

Scholarships particularly for high school students wanting to be in a foreign exchange program?

I'm going into me junior year looking to participate in a foreign exchange program my senior year. The Youth for Understanding (YFU) offers several scholarships to help pay for that, one (the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange, cbyx) that is paid for by the US government and German Parliament. I want to apply for the cbyx scholarship, but if I don't get that, I may still get a scholarship that partly pays for the trip, but am only allowed to get 1 scholarship through the YFU. So, are there any other places that would help me pay or provide scholarships for a high school student wanting to participate in a youth exchange? I've tried fastweb, but a lot of the scholarships are for college students, not to say I won't apply for the ones I'm eligible for. Any ideas? Also, if any of the things I said above about the YFU and cbyx is wrong, could you let me know, because the websites are a bit confusing. Also, how many cbyx scholarships are there? Each website gives me a different number.
