Is there a way of going to college for free?

I'm 16, is there a way i can study in america instead of going to sixth form or college in England.?

• Study at a high school in america instead of going to sixth form or college in England. Is there a way? Maybe a progamme or exchange. I have family in San Francisco, is there way i can get study visa for a year or two where i can work as well? =/ any knowledge would me much appreciated! xoxo
