Admission to yale, harvard, mit after gap year?

im from india. i am finishing my highschool education by the end of next month. in my tenth standard i got 95.6% which roughly translates to 3.9 on the 4 point gpa scale(acc to wiki). i want to take a year off and apply next year as obviously the deadlines have passed for this year. do yale, mit, harvard, cornell accept students who have taken a gap year? also my recommendations should be written by whom?
