Affordable and good college/university in Canada?

Is Canada a good place to study?

• I'm from London and this is my last year of high-school before I will leave and study computer science at university. I don't like living in London, it's dangerous the people aren't kind and if you walk into the wrong area you can get into trouble. I hope to live in Ontario, Canada in the future so do you think if I go University in Canada it would make it easier to live there in the future? The university's here in the UK are one of the top amongst the world, is the Canadian education system good? How much would it cost for me to study in Canada for one year? (including uni fees, living, food,etc) If I graduate in Canada would it give me an advantage in the future if I wanted to live there? I am not very rich so If I decided to study in Canada would I get a Student Loan from here in the UK to cover my study costs in Canada? I'd really appreciate it if there's any one out there who can answer my questions, you have no idea how much it means to me!
