Is England good country to study in?

Which country do you think would be better to study abroad for equine studies...Germany or England?

Answer:

Don't know anything about horses. But I did study abroad in Scotland in college. (There were students from all over the UK) I found the people to be really cool -- they were so friendly & open and I made so many friends so quickly. I had a friend who went to Germany and kinda had a crappy time. He found the Germans to be kinda cold & unfriendly & most of his friends were other Americans or Brits also studying there. I'm not slamming the crouts, that's just one person's experience!
