Why do ppl wan to migrate to other countries?

I am from India....im planning to migrate to any eu countries i preffer canada or australlia...?

I m looking for a job in technical field I done professional certifications CCNA,MCITP ENTERPRISE ADMINISTRATOR ON SERVER 2008,MCTS ON SERVER 2008 and I have a good knowledge of harDware and networking I have better expertise and experience in that field .can i get a job in any of the above countries in this field hows the job market there?or should I apply for a student visa ..how about getting a work permit there?I m compatible with any kind of technical job I can work as a system administrator,network administrator,lan administator,IT help desk, desktop support technician I have been experienced fore more than 3 years as a dektop support technician and hardware assembling etc..,I have a valid Indian driving licence and more than 6 years experience in driving I can even work as a taxi driver...as I m looking for just an entry to any of these countries
Answer:

Canada and Australia are not EU countries. You need to be accepted by a university or other institution to gain a student visa. You would need a company to apply for a work permit on your behalf, you can't just go there to work.
