Can international students get scholarships in general? In Australia?

How to get scholarships for international undergraduate students wishing to study in Canada, NZ, Australia? ?

I'm doing my Cambridge A-levels this year n i really want 2 continue my studies overseas (Cud be Australia or NZ or Canada or UK), so i wanna noe if 4 A or 3 A's r enough 2 get a scholarship in one of d above mentioned countries. In addition, i have an IELTS score of 7.5(8.0-speaking, 8.0- listening, 7.5- reading n 6.5- writing). My family cant afford d high tuition fees. A brief info bout me if necessary: i currently study in malaysia, but i'm actually from Uzbekistan. thx in advance. =D
