USA has the best graduate programs in the world. Many other developed countries do not have graduate programs that compare to those found in the US, especially if it is for something science related like biotechnology. For us to know which is cheaper, you'll have to tell us where you are from. But the US has the best education in what you want to do.

hi I appreciate your idea of studying your ms abroad. cost wise you can select australia, but i would suggest that the best courses in biotechnology are offered by united states universities with varying costs. there are lot more state universities offering biotechnology with scholarships and even with some apprenticeships. best of luck for your further education
