Which country is the best to study (MS) and work in?

  • I want to do MS and then work from a foreign country. I am from India, did my graduation (B.Tech in E.C.E. Dept). I am looking for aspects like quality education,low tuition fees, good job opportunities, low cost of living, pleasant weather, friendly people,easy immigration rules etc Which country has all of the above qualities (at least some)?

    if u want to do your masters in same department.. try Germany and Denmark and some other European countries except UK. if u want low tuition fees try for US and the working in the same department is not possible in US.
