Is doing a diploma of management very beneficial?

Post degree diploma or Pre MBA or post baccalaureate in Oil and Gas management in Canada or UK?

I would like to do my MBA in Oil and Gas management. Before that Can I do a Post graduate or post degree diploma in Oil and Gas ? If so are there any institutions in Canada that provide PDD in Oil and Gas? Or Is PDD in International Business is good before doing a MBA in Oil and Gas?? PDD>>MBA is it a good option??? like doing a Post degree in management and then a MBA with some experience..does this add any advantage ..My bachelors has got very less GPA or Score I dont want to terminate my carrier with bachelors so planning for studies towards management. PLZ DO SUGGEST ME THE OPTIONS available........I would like to consider Mainly Canada and UK if possible
