How to go abroad for higher studies?

My son is willing to go to Canada for higher studies. How to proceed?

• My son has passed his engineering course in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is willing to pursue his further studies in Canada. Can I know which are the cities in where the atmosphere will be normal and will not be very cool. Here normal atmosphere means the atmosphere which we have here in the city of India ie Hyderabad. Hyderabad is having an average high of 29 degree c during summer and an average low of 19 degree c in winter.At least the temperature shall be normal in most of the part of the year. How about Toronto city and colleges in the city. Which colleges are located in or near the city and which colleges which are in suburban. How is Centennial college as compared to Humber College and the comparison of the both with George brown also. Which is the college which is not advisable for admission. My son is interested in Telecommunication technology / wireless telecommunication / mobile telecommunication or related field. Which college is best for this programme. My son has got 7 bands in IELTS and he got 80 percent marks in English in intermediate level and 64 percent in Engineering. Is there co up program-me available in any college in these fields. How to know the gen unity of an Agent working to get study admission for any college in Toronto. He may prefer Toronto because one of his friends also got admission in Toronto. However if any college is very good in any other area he may prefer to change his option of the city. Is there any site where I will get instant help to select colleges and find details of courses. I require details please.I am talking about colleges only not university as university studies will be a little bit costly. in case if my son selects a two year co-op course in centenal college in electronics then how about the chances of getting Permanent Residence in Canada. By Pg i mean Post graduation courses which are above graduation level. There are few certificate courses offered by the colleges which are above graduation and they are not equal to MS. what about working in Canada how to approach and how to get a good job as such my son can recover his fees. If he can pay his feeses there by earning it will be enough for him. In that case I can be away from financial burden. Is it advisable to prefer university education even though it is costly. Universities will be offering courses equal to MS.What is the procedure to apply for Permanent residence. who are eligible to apply for PR.
