Hi yaa, There are few things which I used to do when I was student,I hope any of them will be help full. 1-I studied when I want to study in a day,but I did study according to my daily routine because if I have some thing in my mind to do, for example I want to watch Tele, I cant study or I want to play I cant study because if I will try to study I cant concentrate .So,its very important to finish exiting activities. 2- I always studied with schedule like 30min to each subject or 3 hours altogether in a day.Or specially when its sunday or saturday I tried to finish my work early say 12.00 pm in the noon.Other thing if you are weak in any subject concentrate on that subject in which you need more attention 15 min extra. 3- How to learn.Very integral because you should now what you are studying say topic is "Government's new law about smoking" ,So,break that topic in to small points .It is easy to remember what you are doing if you forget one thing it does not matter becausec you are not going to forget whole topic.Make small headings and write on rough paper. 4-Sit in calm place where you feel more comfortable and start your study.Sometimes you get bored with one subject ,no need to worry play your favourite song for 5 mins and after that start again.Try to note your study time, how long you can study in one go half an hour or an hour.Because It will increase your stamina. I remember I use to study 17hrs nonstop because it was the requirement sorry not for you at that level. 5- Try to understand your topic in your own words.Book provides you an idea but you have to understand what is the extract of the topic like dates of the event ,names and any quote or defination. 6-Before going to sleep rememorise what you have studied in whole day does not matter how much you remember but it matters how much you have in your mind. 7- Make your own schedule, when you have to finish your course and when you have to revise.Because if you want to pe topper act like a topper move one step a head .Try to question with your teacher to understand what he is telling you if you dont understand ask him how is that or would you please repeat.Make friends those who are good in studies or atleast one friend whom you can help in study because when he will be unable to understand any thing he will say to you to help him automatically you will read first and try to understand first and then you will explain to him.Thats how things work and try to discuss little bit in your converstaion with your friends what you have studied in the class. 7- I remember I use to use red and blue pencil and highlighters when ever I studied .I use to underline every line with blue pencil(one side of the pencil) and important thing with red (other side of the pencil) and highlighter when ever I did revision.I use to write small headings one side of the page to remember what I have understand. 8-Always check your tests and try to discuss you mistakes with your teacher what type of mistakes you are doing and dont repeat the same mistakes in the next test.Get the guidelines from your teacher about your performence. It is very essential to know where you are standing in the class do you need more hard work or just a push. I hope these things will help you although all are not for you at that level but still these are worthwhile to apply in your incoming life. Cheers

For studying well your focus should be clear. you shld be aware of ur aim of getting good marks. U only need a self study of 2 hours but with full concentration.

Set aside a period of time each day for each subject (I'd allot 1/2 hour per day, per subject). Study in a nice quiet, comfortable area (turn off tv, radio, and phone - if possible). Take notes constantly, reviewing them regularly, and putting extra attention on facts that seem especially important (such as, by highlighting them with a highlighter, for example). If you take notes in class, re-write them as soon as possible, while the information is still fresh on your mind. Make sure you're well rested before studying; in other words, take a nap first - if needed. For a mind to retain the most knowledge, & the quickest, it needs to have proper sleep. Organize your material well. When possible, have someone quiz you. Create flashcards. Here's a website I've looked up - especially for you! It looks like it'll be quite informative for you: http://www.studygs.net/ Hope it provides you a good study "tool"! I truly hope you get many A's! It sounds like you have the motivation. Hard work WILL pay off - just remember that......

Hmmmm. 1. Treat yourself after every month of hardwork and study(if you do you'll be looking forward in that treat you'll be studying hard) 2. Be in a quiet room(take out all the things that you get distracted by) 3. Have a snack before(not during)the study
