Acceptance letter and Canadian Student Visa?

Can I get a long term student visa in spain even if I donot intend to be a 20 hour full time student?

• Im applying for a student visa right now, I have all the documents prepared except that I dont really want to do a full time course with the school I am going to, I want to do basically 1 hour a day & then only for several months because Id like to mvoe around the country. But on the paper it says one of the requirments for student visa is No less than 20 hours per week. Are they gonna be strict on that???? Im applying for the 1 year renewable visa, and I need to show them letter of acceptance from the school I will go to and written on it will be the hours & duration of my studies

  Yes, they are that strict. They require documentation from the University that you will be attending for between 90 and 180 days and for the University to provide proof that you have registered for at least 20 hours/minimum per week in course time. They also say that if anything changes, you must notify them immediately. It is not possible to obtain a 1 year renewable Student Visa - only a 180 day renewable one.
