What is the difference between TOEFL and IELTS exams?

Can i know the difference between IELTS,TOEFL,SAT EXAMS?

• which is the best option to take in for studying abroad. also mention for what country what test would the preferable option.... i m from india. i want to do medicine (U.G) abroad also i think if i go to any english speaking country,it would be the better option rather than going to non english speaking countries as it would take more time to understand the language which in turn will make complications in learning
