Hi friends, Can you tell me how i can transfer my college to the other college in USA?

Hi, friends, My name's Muhamed. I'm from Uzbekistan. i have a question. I'm studying at 2-course of my college and i will have finished 2-course this year. Can you tell me how I can transfer my college to the other college in USA? and how? In addition, I'm asking which colleges (Finance) is comfortable and free for me? my math is good!
Answer:

It is most unlikely that they'll allow you to transfer from another country. You would have to apply as a new student. All universities list their admission and application requirements on their websites. No colleges are free in the US
