Why do I get so homesick?

How can you get over form being homesick?

  • I made the disition to stay with my grandparents for 2 weeks and I have the chance to leave tomorrow but I don't want to because I don't want to be like I was before decide to stay some where for a while then think hard on it and say I don't wanna go but I also do. I've done it before . But I'm 17 and when I was little I was scared to stay at my friends house so I never went over there because of being homesick same with cousins houses . My home is so long away from here and I leave in 2 weeks.. Is there away I can get over being homesick ? I'll miss my mom and some of my family and stuff.. Now I'm kind of begening to not be homesick because I don't know.. Is there away I can make these 2 weeks go by fast or what ?

    you seem to know the answers yourself, elly; just need to think deep and make your best choice. Coz, nobody can tell what others can do to get rid of such things. Depends among people. For me, i would get close to things that freshen my memories of family. Others try to forget familyover other stuff. What's for you. Decide yourself. Best of luck, LOL.
