Is it better to do a degree in the uk, then move to usa, or move to usa and do degree there?

I want to move the the USA. I wish to do a Nursing degree to become a Nurse (obviously). Is it better to move to the USA and do a nursing degree there, or is it better to do a nursing degree in the UK and then move to the USA? Also, what are the entry requirements for nursing degrees in USA? I'm from Scotland, so it's highers i'll be doing/have. But roughly, would i need the same for a UK university as a USA one? Please answer, thanks!

Answer:
You can't just move to the US even if you studied there. You can only work in the US if you have a work permit. Those are only granted for needed fields. It would be best if you just studied in the UK.
