Where to get PHD in medical tourism?

Help with PhD please?

• This is gonna sound really really stupid but can someone explain the concept of a phd and what it envolves. I want to do business & tourism in university (that's the actual course btw) anyway just wanna know if you can get a phd from there or if it's just for doctors and physicists and such, I know that made me seem really stupid but try to make sense of it

  PhD stands for doctor of philosophy but don't let that confuse you. A PhD can be in any subject. It usually involves you undertaking independent research into a subject for 3-4 years and producing a thesis at the end. These can be funded by research councils, universities, businesses and organisations. Often if it is a funded project, a title to the research is proposed and you apply similarly to other degrees. There is then quite often an interview process etc. It is sometimes possible to propose your own PhD project but it is not always easy to get funding for these. Usually you do your PhD after your bachelors and masters although it is possible to go straight from bachelors to PhD if you excel. So, simply it would be possible for you to ultimately do a PhD in business and tourism
