How can i convince my parents tp let me go to japan?

this yr,my highschool have made some trip for japan. It costs $3100 (plus 500 spending money and another 100 for a passport). Ww go for 12 days,and it's during the holidays. All year,my parents have been paying for my sisters 18th bday party and my sisters camp trip,and a buch of bills and stuff. How can i convince them to let me go?! Please help!!
