Where can I find a sponsor to sponsor me to USA ?

I am disabled, I want to study and live in the USA, so i need a green card . Can anyone sponsor me? i like to study aerospace engineering and design aircrafts for the US military, even now I am planning a military aircraft eventhough some people think I am crazy.
