I am from india and in my school there is no clubs which i can join but i want to go to Stanford?

dont bother. go to a school in india. international students are making it harder for americans to get into american schools. Korea, China, India, Vietnam, ect.. PS, you know nothing about stanford. Just because your parents want you to go does not mean you should accept it without question. go to a university in india. american collage students are becoming bitter about the increased competition from asia and collages are taking notice.

It's true that colleges, especially Stanford caliber schools, really like to see extracurricular activities on your application. However, as you are most likely applying as an international student, colleges tend to disregard the extracurriculars somewhat because of the advantage that diversity would bring to the campus. Although this helps you a little, there are many international students that already come from India. I would suggest that you try to get involved in your community in whatever way you can, maybe there are some sports teams or you could do community service. You don't have to do a ton of activities; just a couple activities that you are really passionate about and have devoted much time and effort to are great. Good luck!

Stanford does not take many international students. In order to go to any US school you will need to pass an English test. If your question is a sample of your English ability, I am sorry to say that you will not be accepted.
