What is scheme certificate?

Am i eligible for convocation certificate in tatkaal scheme from Bangalore university?

  • i am a BSc degree passed in 2010 but i was from 2008 batch. As i have got a very good job in the middle east and now i am working for this company in Kuwait they are asking for my Convocation certificate so that it can be attested and My visa be stamped and they are furious as i dont have it with me. The convocation dates have come and i have been told not to apply from normal procedures as it will take atleast 1 year to get my certificate which will result in losing my job. And i have been asked to apply through tatkaal scheme which will get my certificate in few days. i just want to know that as i had written many supplementary exams am i eligible for tatkaal scheme or is there any other way to get the work done. Please pleeeeeeeeez help. its a question of life for me
